Two periods, a comparison question
This edition’s method brings together AMITAI Honestidad responses collected in 2021 in ten countries and compares them with the report based on 2018 data. The cover year identifies the edition; analysis years identify the data.
Coverage includes Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, and the Dominican Republic. Read each result with the report’s composition and definitions.
Themes in the document
Chapters address justification of behavior related to theft, bribery, loyalty, fraud, violence, and sexual harassment. The report also includes sections on the COVID-19 environment and data analysis.
The comparison describes information from periods with different contexts. Explanations involving the pandemic or social change require distinguishing the report’s hypotheses from what its design can establish.
