The source base and sample differ
The introduction describes a base of 251,537 economically active people from urban areas assessed in 2018. Random samples were drawn for statistical analysis; the composition table totals 47,113 participants.
Keeping this distinction prevents attributing the full database size to every analysis. This edition covers ten countries and adds Honduras to the coverage described in the collection.
How the analysis is organized
The method presents a cycle of collection, exploration and visualization, data mining, and integration of results. It includes comparisons with 2017 data and a section exploring relationships among dimensions and characteristics of assessed groups.
The report combines its own findings with external references. When citing a number, identify its source and population; a statistic from another study is not a result from the AMITAI sample.

Questions for the organization
The reading can prompt questions about understanding rules, training needs, and communication of channels for resolving dilemmas. Such uses need to consider organizational context and local evidence.
Comparisons between periods do not establish changes in the same individuals. Statistical associations do not establish causation or predict an individual’s behavior on their own.
